What began with three does over a decade ago has grown into a thriving commercial farm built on care\, intention\, and a deep respect for animal well-being. Known for producing rich\, high-quality milk\, Nubians North partners with Fromagerie Kapuskoise to craft award-winning artisan cheeses. Join us for an afternoon tour of the farm\, where participants will learn about large-scale dairy goat farming\, the unique characteristics of the Nubian breed\, and how strong farmer–cheesemaker partnerships can support sustainability and product quality—all while enjoying a guided cheese tasting.
